Maintenance & hypercare
We help with the start at no extra cost - your first menu is built together with us. After that you run the page yourself. When you want help, you order it by the hour: we keep your details updated - dishes, seasons, prices, images - or step in when it is urgent. No subscription, and nothing silently included.
New restaurants try Komplett free for 30 days. After that the page continues on Free unless you choose a paid plan - it does not disappear.
All prices exclude VAT. No setup fee and no lock-in. The platform never handles payment: your guests pay you at pickup, so you avoid online card fees as well.

What does it cost?
Free costs nothing: unlimited dishes, up to 20 orders the first month and up to 10 a month after that. Komplett costs €249 a month - unlimited orders and dishes, and we help you build your first menu. All prices exclude VAT.
No setup fee and no lock-in. You change plans or cancel whenever you like.
How does the guest pay?
At your place, when the food changes hands. At the counter when the guest collects, or at the door if you deliver. Card in the terminal, Swish or cash, exactly as when someone rings in an order today.
The page never takes a payment. You avoid online card fees, and your money never passes through a middleman on its way to the till.
Do you take commission on orders?
No. 0% commission, however much you sell. The price is the same at 10 orders a month as at 1,000.
What you pay is the monthly fee, nothing else. No fee per order, no fee per guest and no markup on delivery.
How long does it take to get started?
Fifteen minutes for a normal menu, from your phone if you like. You create the page, add dishes and prices, set opening hours and share the link. If your menu lives in a spreadsheet you import it as a CSV.
We help with the start at no extra cost. Ongoing menu work after that, say a seasonal rebuild or a new menu going in, is ordered by the hour: €75 excluding VAT, in the scope you choose.
Can I deliver the food myself?
Yes. You switch on home delivery, decide how far you drive, what delivery costs and the minimum order value that applies. The guest sees straight away whether the address is inside your radius.
The driving is yours. We arrange no couriers and take no markup on delivery.
What happens after the 30 days?
The trial is Komplett, and you leave no card details to start it. When it ends, your page continues on Free unless you choose a paid plan - it does not disappear. On Free it takes up to 20 orders the first month, then up to 10 a month.
Free is made for getting started and for low volumes. When the orders grow, you choose Komplett when it suits you.
Do I have to replace my website?
No. You keep your website, your social channels and your Google listing. The ordering page is a link you put where your guests already are, and from the page the guest clicks back to your website, Instagram or Facebook.
If you have no website, the ordering page works just as well as your only address on the web.
Who owns the data?
You do. The menu, the orders and your guests' details are yours. We process them to run your page, nothing else: we do not sell them on and we do not market to your guests.
You can export the menu as a CSV from the admin at any time. Orders are deleted automatically 90 days after they were placed.
